The Atlanta Police Department and the GEORGIA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION are looking for a White 2009 Ford F350 with Alabama License tag IC087Y4. On August 17, 2026, Norah Cooper, a 11 month old Black Female with Black hair and Brown eye, Norah Cooper is missing two fingers on her right hand the index and middle finger. and was last seen wearing Pink Onesie. Zola Cooper,a 4 yr old Black Female with Black hair and Brown eye, and was last seen wearing a multicolor dress. They were abducted by Lakesha Shanta Brown, a 42yr old Black Female 59 Weigt 140lbs with black hair and Brown eyes. They were last seen at 356 James P. Brawley Drive NW. Norah Cooper and Zola Cooper is believed to be in extreme danger.
