He is described as a Hispanic male, five feet five inches tall, 135 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Paul was last seen on August 02, 2026, at 4:30 P.M. at Ranch Market in the area of 1600 East Roosevelt Street. Paul is believed to have gotten on a City of Phoenix bus and traveled Northbound on 16th street to an unknown location. Paul suffers from a medical condition that may cause him to appear confused and disoriented, increasing the risk of him becoming lost and unable to safely return home on his own.
