HE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A BLACK TANK TOP AND BLACK SHORTS. THEY WERE LAST SEEN TRAVELING IN A WHITE SUV. THE MAKE/MODEL IS UNKNOWN. THE LICENSE PLATE IS UNKNOWN.
