A SAFE Alert has been issued for Snowflake-Taylor Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Snowflake-Taylor PD is looking for 73-year-old Edward Chapman. Edward is described as a white male, 5'9" tall, 150 pounds, with green eyes and gray hair. He was last seen at 11:00 a.m. in the area of Rodeo Road & Centennial Blvd in Snowflake, Arizona. Edward was wearing a black baseball cap, tan jacket, khaki/green army pants, and black shoes. Edward has a medical condition which may cause him to become confused.
