A SAFE Alert has been issued for Tucson, Arizona. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety.  The Tucson Police Department is looking for 90-year-old William Eugene Layne. Mr. Layne is described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a T-shirt and black sweatpants. He was driving a gold 2012 Toyota Camry with Arizona license plate CPB3663.  His vehicle was photographed by automated system at 12:30 A.M. on 03-09-26 on Highway 70 near Peridot. Mr. Layne suffers from a condition that may cause him to be confused.
