ABDUCTED WAS ALESIE DAWSON, BLACK, FEMALE, AGE 5.   VICTIM ALESIE DAWSON IS 2 FEET 6 INCHES TALL, 60 POUNDS, HAS BLACK HAIR AND BROWN EYES.  LAST SEEN WEARING PINK AND BLUE BARRETTES, PINK SHIRT "FLOWER POWER", BLUE SHORTS.   THE CHILD WAS LEFT UNATTENDED IN A RUNNING VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS STOLEN AND RECOVERED A SHORT TIME LATER. THE CHILD IS STILL MISSING.   PLEASE CALL 9 1 1 IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS ALERT.
