A SAFE Alert has been issued for Bullhead City Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Bullhead City Police Department is looking for a white male, Tommy Norris, 81-years-old, approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing 185 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a white hat, a blue T-shirt with the lettering Bud Light Matters, Levi shorts, and black-and-white tennis shoes. Mr. Norris was last observed on April 21, 2026, at approximately 1521 hours in the 1500 block of Goldrush Road in Bullhead City, Mohave County. He is reported to have a medical condition that may cause confusion, raising concern for his safety and well-being. If you have contact with this SAFE Alert, please call 911.
