He was last seen driving his 2004 Club golf cart bearing Arizona plate number DG4MA at 12:00 PM on July 22, 2026, near South Foothills Boulevard and East 43rd Drive in Yuma, Arizona. Leland has a medical condition which may cause him to become lost or easily confused. If you have seen Leland, please contact the Yuma County Sheriffs Office at 520-866-5111 or call 911.
