He was driving a gold 2012 Toyota Camry with Arizona license plate CPB3663.  His vehicle was photographed by automated system at 12:30 A.M. on 03-09-26 on Highway 70 near Peridot. Mr. Layne suffers from a condition that may cause him to be confused.
