Jackson was abducted at 3:18 p.m. by her mother's cousin, Carnasia Mims. Mims is a described as a black female whos is 5'4" tall and 137 pounds. She is believed to be traveling in  a blue 2012 4-door Toyota Yaris bearing Louisiana license plate 533HZE.
